Rental Information

1. How do I browse your event decor rentals?
You can check out our funky event decor catalog to see what’s available. It’s packed with a range of items designed to bring that retro disco flair to your event!

2. What if I want something custom or don’t see what I’m looking for?
If you don’t see exactly what you need, no worries! Just fill out our custom inquiry form and we’ll work with you to create a custom prop or help you find something unique for purchase.

3. How do I secure my rental items or custom creation?
Once you’ve chosen your items or decided on a custom creation, simply check out with full payment to secure your selection.

4. Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes! We offer day-of event delivery within a 25-mile radius of 80204 in Denver, CO. Rentals are available for the greater Denver area only. If your event is beyond 25 miles or requires rentals for more than 24 hours, additional transport and accommodation fees may apply, which we’ll discuss once your order is placed.

5. Can I rent items for longer than 24 hours?
Absolutely! Rentals beyond 24 hours are available, but they are subject to an additional fee depending on the duration.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but we can work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.

7. Do you set up and take down the rentals?
Yes! Our team will handle both the setup and takedown of the rentals, ensuring everything is placed perfectly and removed after your event.

8. What happens if something gets damaged during the event?
We understand accidents happen! Any damages will be assessed after the event, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit.

9. How far in advance should I place my rental order?
We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before your event to ensure availability, especially for custom pieces. However, we may accommodate last-minute requests if we have inventory available!

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that plans can change! You can cancel your rental up to 3 days before your scheduled event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, but don’t worry—if you need to reschedule, I’m happy to work with you to find a new date that suits your needs.


Rental Adjustments:

If you need to adjust your rental date or have any questions, feel free to reach out! I’ll do my best to accommodate your changes and ensure your event goes off without a hitch.

Delivery, Mileage, and Extended Rentals:

Rentals are available within the Greater Denver Area only, and we offer day-of event delivery within a 25-mile radius of 80204 in Denver, CO. If your event location is outside of this 25-mile radius, or if you need rentals for more than 24 hours, additional fees will apply for extended mileage and rental duration. Please reach out for more information, and I’ll be happy to provide a quote based on your specific event details.

Damage, Loss, or Theft:

You are responsible for any rental items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair during your event. In such cases, you will be held responsible for the full retail cost of the item(s). The cost will be invoiced after your event, and you can refer to the table below for the retail pricing of each rental item.
