At Abstruse, all of our items are handmade to order with love and care, ensuring each piece is as unique as you are. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. We put our heart into crafting each item just for you, so once your order is placed, it becomes a one-of-a-kind creation that cannot be returned or refunded.

Event Rentals:
For our event rentals, we aim to provide flexibility. You can cancel your rental up to 3 days before your booked event date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that plans can change, and we're happy to reschedule your rental for a future date that works better for you.
